My family stumbled upon The Insight Program’s website as they were desperately searching for some help with my alcoholism. Although I’m in my 30’s and Insight’s treatment center is designed mainly for teens and young adults, Adam welcomed me with open arms. Adam and Stephanie both treated me with so much understanding, love, and kindness during the darkest time of my life. I started working the IOP program, which was rigorous, AA based, and packed with unlimited tools to help me stay sober. I can confidently say this program and the staff saved my life. I have remained sober for the longest period of time that I’ve ever been sober for and I owe it all to The Insight Program. Thank you for being my quarterback, Adam! I truly wouldn’t be living the life that I am today without you all!
Insight has been a true gift for our family. It has not only given us our son back, but it has allowed our whole family to heal. Meeting other parents going through the same thing, and gaining perspective from them through weekly parent meetings has been invaluable. Realizing we were not alone in this very difficult time was extremely important. We did not even know this place existed, but through much prayer, we are very thankful we found it. Thank you so much Adam, Stephanie, and the rest of the insight staff for providing such a healing environment in the Tampa area, and giving us our son back.
The right people, the right environment, the right time. Sounds cliche but if you’ve have tried other routes and ended up spinning your wheels, then this more holistic approach needs to be seriously considered. They make you see you are not alone, and part of a broader family where frank discussion is openly encouraged, with the group working towards solutions. Their approach has a parent support group along with a teen support group. You learn to work the steps and therefore trust the process. Simply put, this program actually works. I can’t thank Adam and Stephanie enough for all they have done in our journey and the support they provided.

What an amazing and caring group of Counselors, staff and parents. The Insight program helped me get my son back. As a family, we have been through many treatment options as our daughter has struggled with mental health and substance use issues.Finding The Insight Program has been a gift for us all. The program provides substance use treatment, peer support, aftercare, 12 step meetings, social events and a parent program. All of these are so important to have in place while working though very difficult situations that most of us are not prepared to handle on our own.I am extremely grateful to the amazing staff for the love, care, support and guidance they have provided to our daughter and to us as a family.
