Gladys Silva is the administrative assistant in our Charlotte, North Carolina location.
Gladys began struggling with alcohol at the age of 15. At 17, she made the life-changing decision to pursue recovery and has remained committed to sobriety ever since. Her personal experience has fostered a deep passion for helping others find hope, purpose, and lasting freedom in recovery.
In 2025, Gladys Silva attended the Meehan Institute for counselor training to further develop the skills and knowledge needed to support individuals and families affected by addiction.
Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, she is dedicated to empowering others as they navigate their own recovery journey, believing that meaningful, lasting change is possible for anyone willing to take the first step.
